The best I have found for carrying my Hoffman Axe
The Wood Bullet is by far the best axe and most expensive axe l have ever purchased. The axe is well crafted and handles great. I’m scared to break it in but l have do. The axe will be a family air loom. Well worth the wait and money. Thank You Hoffman Axe.
Not only is my new wood bullet a piece of art and thing of beauty. She is also a wood splitting maniac . I LOVE IT .
Beautiful axe! Craftsmanship is incredible.
It’s a great product to keep handles in tip-top shape
Top notch as usual with Hoffman. Attention to detail and aesthetics. Works great especially with the mountaineer bearded axe head. 10 out of 10
An absolute beauty of an axe, thank you so much i will enjoy it for years to come..
Really nice craftsmanship on the axe head and haft. It is a wood bullet.
Anything you buy from Hoffman is the best of the best. It’s really that simple.
It’s almost to beautiful to use…almost.
An incredible tool ! So happy with purchase !
Just received my Wood Bullet and I must say…. Unbelievable craftsmanship and even more impressive was how it performs! I was so impressed I immediately ordered a second one! Great design Buckin!!! And Liam’s skill is unmatched!
Yeah, I really like the sheet for the hat. It really adds to the whole look of the act and it protects naturally from any possible getting cut when handling so yeah it’s a very well-made item. Thank you.
My Hoffman marked Artic Fox is a collector's item. I have one from Frost River backpack too.
Everything about this axe is pretty perfect, the handle is very nice and feels great in the hands and moves very smoothly. Ive tried it out in a few different species and its splits everything great and does not get stuck
Excellent workmanship, well balanced axe. Just what I wanted.
Craftsmanship is top notch. The hang looks perfect and the quality of the grain on the handle is A+. Could be a smidge thinner, which I’ll likely do to fine tune the handle. The sharpening is perfect! Haven’t measured the degrees of the grind but looks under 25 degrees. 24 inch handle length seemed a good compromise given my other set ups, and I figured it’ll get better at light splitting as the edge moves back over many many sharpenings. The grind is mostly flat, no observable convex but it’s it thick and will likely chop well. The sheath is made of thick, high quality leather, and looks like it’ll last a long time. Excited to use it soon. Shipping was a little slow, but packaging was also top notch to keep the axe from getting damaged. Otherwise great tool and look forward to passing it down.
Love it! I’ll need to buy another one. My son keeps fighting me for it.
