Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your axe or other product was damaged during shipping or does not match the specifications you ordered, contact us immediately. We will determine whether a repair, replacement, or refund is the best course of action.
Exchanges
If an exchange is deemed necessary, we will first check our current inventory. If we do not have your specific model and specifications in stock, you will be included in the next production batch for that model. Please note that if you are added to a batch, the lead time could be 4-6 months, depending on when that batch goes into production.
Return Shipping
If your axe was damaged in transit, you received the wrong item you will be provided with a return shipping label and instructions on how to package your axe for return.
If you decide to return the axe for any other reason other than those listed above, you are responsible for the return postage. You can opt to have us send you the return label but the cost of the label will be deducted from your eligible refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your qualified return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that the processing or transaction fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable, as are the original shipping costs and return shipping if the product was returned for any reason other than that listed above. These amounts will be deducted from the total refund. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Non-Refundables and Stipulations
-Deposits for pre-orders are non-refundable.
-Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable if you are returning your item for any reason other than damage in transit or receiving the wrong item.
-Returns of axes and hatchets may be subject to a $100 fee if the tool shows user damage requiring the head to be refurbished and/or rehung.
-We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
