The octagonal handle has to be experienced to be appreciated. I've never had a axe sheath anywhere close to being made this well.

This is such a beautiful tool. The craftsmanship is incredible, weight balance very well established, handle is made perfect for good grip but a smooth flow while splitting pieces that require a swing.
