Made By People, Not Machines

An axe traditionally worn on a saddle, intended for marking trees for the timber industry.

The Saddle Axe head weighs 2.25lbs, and is hung on a 19, 28, or 32 inch hickory handle in either octagonal or oval cross section. The bouble bladed head gives you two uses in one, as well as a balanced swing. One blade can be used for closer ground and grub work where the edge may get dinged up, while the other side remains sharp for typical axe work. The weight of it's head paired with it's versatile handle options makes this axe perfect for throwing on a saddle, cruising through the woods or felling a tree.
