"Illuminance"

This handle is electrifying in the sunlight! In fact, so is the hand engraved fuller! This is the last Jäger made. This 3V steel blade features a satin finish original triple hollow grind with hand engraving by Evan Watson https://www.williamevansdesigns.com. The handle material is a high end synthetic named Carbo Quartz with the end of the handle ground to a pointed apex. Carbon fiber pins are used so as to not be noticed. The idea behind this handle was to mimic the excitement of the fuller that is surrounded by plain steel by creating a “patch” of chatoyancy on the handle surrounded by plain blackness. The tang is sanded to 2000 grit and buffed. If you look closely at the hand engraving and flat area of the handle you will catch a glimpse of a rainbow in an iridescent matrix of iron and carbon. Comes with a custom inset leather sheath.
