Select which axe model you'd like to try out. Add it to cart if it's not currently on loan! If it is out of stock, sign up for product notifications for when it returns.
Confirm the axe
Proceed to checkout with your axe and simply pay for the cost of shipping. Feel free to use the axe as much as you'd like during your loan term, just don't abuse it!
Return the axe
You'll have one week from the time your axe arrives to try it out and mail it back to us in similar condition to when it arrived. Keep the box it came in for easier packaging!
Axe loan details
Our axe loan program is an opportunity for you to try any axe model we offer before deciding to buy one for yourself. The axe you receive may be a mis-stamp, or a "shop second" from minor laws, and it will already show minor previous wear and use.
The cost you pay for the axe at checkout is our shipping cost to you. After your loan term is up you will be responsible for paying return shipping, but that's it! If any major damage, or theft occurs the loan recipient will be responsible for compensation to Hoffman Blacksmithing.
You have one week from the time of delivery to have as much fun testing the axe out as you'd like, and then it's on to the next person!
